How to – Student Information and How to get personal ID number of the student

Student Information

For opening LMS we need all information about student

  • Name and Surname of the Student
  • Email address
  • Type of the Training
  • Personal ID of the Student

How to get the personal ID number of the student?? ( If has already created MYFBO account )

For synchronisation of the system LMS with SF we need to fill the Personal ID of the student into the Sales Force and Learning Management System.

Without Personal ID students can’t see in their LMS Syllabus, Calendar, Online Hours Schedule, Worksheets, Attendance etc so correct ID is very important.

  • Open your MYFBO Account
  • Click on FRONT DESK – SELECT MEMBER and LAST NAME

  • Fill the LAST NAME of the student, if MYFBO will show you all name , is account already created, now click od the name of the student

  • And select PROF ( Profile )

  • Now you are in MYFBO student profile page and in the URL panel at the end of the website address you can see numbers , that’s ID number of the student

  • For Czech please use CZ and numbers , so for CZ has student ID EU2214
  • For the USA  please use US and numbers. so for USA is ID US2214
  • For Austria please use AT and numbers, so for Austria is ID AT2214

Now you have ID number of the student which has to be added into the LMS account when is creating  and into Sales Force

 

If student doesn’t have MYFBO account….

  • SELECT MEMBER and CREATE NEW MEMBER

  • Fill FIRST  and SECOND NAME of the student and click on CONTINUE

  • Now check again if Name and Surname is correct, select PREFERED AIRPORT ( BASE )
  • And fill EMAIL ADDRESS of the student and click on CREATE

  • MYFBO account is now created, click on the button PROFILE

  • Now you are in MYFBO student profile page and in the URL panel at the end of the website address you can see numbers , that’s ID of the student

 

  • For Czech please use CZ and numbers , so for CZ has student ID EU2214
  • For the USA  please use US and numbers. so for USA is ID US2214
  • For Austria please use AT and numbers, so for Austria is ID AT2214

Now you have ID number of the student which has to be added into the LMS account when is creating  and into Sales Force
