Successful completion of the theoretical examinations is one of the main requirements for any EASA pilot license. The Regulation on Aircrew outlines the subject areas for each license or classification that you will need to cover, although the exams are usually held at the Civil Aviation Authorities of the Member States. Nonetheless, now you have a unique chance to pass your theoretical exams at school! 

Examinations Location and Schedule

The exams are fully sat and administered at Flying Academy Prague following all precautions to avoid spread of Covid-19.

Exams take place 2 days a month based on our schedule.

In these difficult times, Flying Academy puts the safety of the applicants on the first place – the disinfection hand gel is available and you will be required to wear a face mask.

To ensure that you can attend your desired date because only a limited number of candidates per day can be admitted to the exam, we kindly ask you to register at least 10 working days before the preferred date.

Please note that to submit the form, we require you to provide a scan of a filled in Application form for Austro Control confirmed by your ATO. 
 
You should fill in sections 1, 2 and 5.
Section 3 should be filled in and signed by your flight school (ATO).

Examination Rules

The exams are taken in electronic form and are held in English or German. The order of the examination subjects to be taken can be chosen freely. 

Please note that one exam sitting is defined as a 10 consecutive day period and starts from the first exam.
