In this window, you’ll see presentations and other materials that instructor shares with you.
Please try to use different browser. For example Google Chrome is known to take up lot of RAM of your device, so you can try Microsoft Edge, Safari (iOS), Opera or Firefox.
You can also turn off apps/programs that are using the Internet.
Feel free to you ask the Front Office if they can provide you recorded lesson.
The Three Dots in the bottom right corner will take you to menu, where you can select Settings

Use it to setup your Audio and Video Devices, Video resolution and test your speakers.
If the instructor is not present or does not present anything, please wait until the class starts.

Other possibility is to open the People (People icon) menu in the top right corner and by clicking on the image of the instructor (firstname.lastname@example.org). This will pin the instructor to your main view.

Try to disable your microphone. If it doesn’t help, you can write about your issue into the chat and our instructor will try to help you.
